今後、都内を中心に拠点を増やし、好みのデザインや気分でも滞在の場所を選べるフレキシブルなホテルの形を提案。

As SHIFT, which means “change,” “shift,” and “flexibility,” represents, this hotel is tailored to the purpose and style of your trip or stay, allowing you to use the location as a base to interact with local people, experience the culture, have fun, relax, and make the most of your own choices. In the future, we will be increasing the number of locations, mainly in Tokyo, and proposing a flexible hotel style where you can choose your place to stay based on your preferred design and mood.
Davis NgarupeとJP Haynieによって2015年に設立されたアメリカ ユタ州の出版社 / ブックストア / デザインスタジオ。多様な分野のクライアントと共に、出版物、ビジュアル、ウェブサイト、パッケージ、アパレル、空間など様々な分野のデザインを手掛けている。Actual Sourceの一部の出版物は、ニューヨーク近代美術館（MoMA）やイェール大学の図書館にも収蔵されている。
Actual Source is a publisher, bookstore, and design studio based in Utah, USA, founded in 2015 by Davis Ngarupe and JP Haynie. They work with clients from a wide range of fields, designing a variety of fields including publications, visuals, websites, packaging, apparel, and spaces. Some of Actual Source’s publications are included in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York and the Yale University Library.

A blend of unique shops, including cafes, galleries, and record shops,we aim to be a hotel that is firmly rooted in the neighborhood, where you can encounter sophisticated culture amidst everyday scenery.

客室アートは幡ヶ谷にギャラリーを構える「gallery commune」がキュレーションを担当し、街の空気感に馴染みながらも個性のあるアート作品を配置しました。
The guest room art was curated by "gallery commune," a gallery located in Hatagaya, and features unique artwork that blends in with the atmosphere of the city.
